All volunteers must be grounded in Christian Biblical beliefs, have an established relationship with their Lord and Savior, and will be expected to execute these practices within a work environment. Volunteers must have strong leadership skills, are able to fulfill their tasks, communicate well with team members, and directly contribute to the success of Rescued & Redeemed.
