Skylar Turek, founder of Truth + Grace, equips and empowers families through personalized Parent Coaching with practical skills, strategies, and scripts combining brain-science with biblical teaching. With a decade of experience serving families as a social worker and in ministry settings, Skylar specializes in children's mental health and trauma prevention. As a Certified Parent Coach, Skylar helps overwhelmed parents by teaching effective, grace-filled strategies for correcting behavior while maintaining security, love, and attachment with their child using the Connected Families Framework.

Where Christian faith, mental health services, and trauma-informed care come together. Located in the greater Eau Claire, WI area, we educate, equip, and encourage adolescents and adults in overcoming mental health challenges–both past and present. We provide individual counseling, group workshops, and speaking services. Our mission is to meet each story with grace and truth and help people live freely and fully in the redemption Jesus Christ offers. In my clinical practice, I offer traditional and intensive counseling services. I serve adolescents (ages 15+) and adults using an integrated approach with a variety of body-centered, cognitive and behavioral psychotherapies.

For 10 years, Dr. Kibola has worked with patients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs on their journey towards mental wellness. She has successfully treated multiple conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, peripartum mood disorders, schizophrenia, and other forms of psychosis amongst other psychiatric disorders.

Dr. Kibola spends plenty of time getting to know each patient before creating a fully customized treatment plan based on their specific needs and priorities, and she approaches each patient with the understanding that mental health transcends the mind and body to include relationships and faith.

Becky specializes in working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. She understands the
emotional toll these challenges can take—persistent fear, overthinking, sadness, and loss of motivation. Her compassionate, purpose-driven approach empowers clients to confront what’s holding them back, develop healthier coping strategies, and rediscover joy and meaning in their lives. Becky is especially passionate about working with couples, helping them rebuild love, respect, and connection in their relationships. She finds great fulfillment in guiding partners to truly see and hear one another, fostering deeper understanding and intimacy.

With thousands of hours spent counseling individuals, couples, and families, Dr. Quintal has guided countless clients through the healing of emotional wounds, the elevation of mood, and the realization of positive behavioral changes. As a master practitioner in trauma resolution and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), he’s continually inspired by the profound shifts these Accelerated Healing Methods offer, often with a sense of ease and grace that surprises his clients. “Witnessing the growth and positive changes in my clients,” he shares, “is profoundly rewarding.”
