Elaine Geissler
Co-Founder & Director of Public Relations | Board Member
Elaine and her husband Joe have been married since 2006 and have four grown children. They have lived in Chippe​wa Falls since 1989, and are ministry partners at their church. Elaine currently works with children with special needs and has volunteered at her local juvenile detention center. She also has an extensive background in the medical field for 17 years and worked in a facility with abused children. Because of her experience, she feels desperately called to help combat this debilitating issue of trafficking. Elaine loves Jesus and is passionate about the Lord's work. Her soul mission is to help win souls for Christ.

Sali Bluse
Co-Founder & Executive Director | Board Member
Sali and her husband Scott have been married since 1993 and have two grown children who truly love the Lord and serve Him daily. Sali is a hairstylist of 36 years and owns and operates her own Salon "Shadz & Co" out of their home. Her passion and soul desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, wherever the Lord calls her. Her heart is to help combat this crippling disease of sex trafficking and what is known as the fastest-growing crime today. For all who are impacted by this, she is called to share the light of Jesus in every life. "If I can be a part of helping rescue one victim, then I am the one blessed."
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

Heidi Nelson
Administrator & Bookkeeper
Heidi attended iMPACT School of Leadership, where along with academic courses she gained experience in various ministry settings, leadership roles, event setup and take-down, volunteer coordination, and so much more. Upon completion of the program, she gained a certificate in Bible & Theology. She has a loving, energetic, and slightly stubborn dog named Ryder. Currently, she is enjoying growing a business in the Chippewa Valley as the owner of Heidi Nelson Cleaning and Organization. Her heart's desire is to love and serve.
But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness.

Kyli Addie
Director of Marketing and Visual Design
Kyli is dedicated to the mission of Rescued & Redeemed and has a passion for digital marketing and a heart for trafficked survivors. With a background in art and branding and a deep understanding of its potential impact, she strives to leverage her skills and knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of others. During the week, Kyli manages a floral shop here in Eau Claire, WI. She loves creating with her hands and enjoying God’s creation by creating floral arrangements, kayaking, hiking, traveling, and more.
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

Cara Massie
Assistant Marketing and Social media
Cara and her husband Tristan have been married since August 2021. After their wedding, they moved to Eau Claire where they have been living ever since. She has her degree in Human Resource Management and is currently the human resource manager at Hansen Auction Group. Cara was first introduced to Rescued & Redeemed when she first attended Elaine’s church. She is excited about getting to help and care for people. She has a passionate heart that is eager to get to know Jesus more and make him known to others.

Nathan Schomberg
In-kind service coordinator
Nathan and his wife Ally have been married since September 2020. They met in college at UW-Eau Claire through a college ministry, and since then have called Eau Claire home. They are active members at their church and enjoy serving in the different ministries God has called them to. Nathan has his bachelor's degree in business finance and runs a financial planning practice. His heart is to be a genuine, generous servant leader in all facets of life.
