Restoring Hope will equip you to understand how stress and trauma impact our body, mind, and emotions while supporting you in developing skills that promote healing in these areas. You will gain greater self-awareness, strengthen your overall mind-body connection, heal emotional wounds, and have the ability to overcome unhealthy thinking patterns.

Addressing the impacts of stress and trauma
These groups typically meet twice a year. Each session is 6 consecutive weeks long and is free of charge. We want to serve women (ages 18 and older) of the Chippewa Valley by giving them a safe space to learn, grow and heal.
By integrating Christian principles, this group seeks to offer a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of its members. Within the support group, women will find a community. These group sessions are centered around finding health and harmony within relationship dynamics and to provide a confidential and non-judgmental environment where stories can be shared, feelings and emotions are safe, and understanding and empathy can be found.
Guided by a licensed Christian counselor, this weekly group offers practical tools and resources to aid in the healing process. Through the integration of faith, this support group offers a pathway to restoration, renewal, and a future filled with hope.
